Complete Care at Holiday City is looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to help keep our center running smoothly. In this essential role, you'll coordinate staffing schedules, support our dedicated healthcare team, and play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional care every day.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to maintain appropriate coverage, respond to scheduling needs, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and solve staffing challenges will directly support both our employees and the residents we serve.

Staffing Coordinator Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
- Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
- Evaluate annual performance reviews
- Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
