Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Brick, NJ
Salary: $20–$25/hour
Description:
Rapidly growing home care agency seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to match caregivers with patient referrals and support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing for patient referrals with appropriately matched caregivers
- Maintain communication with office staff, caregivers, and contract agencies
- Perform data entry, referral intake, and insurance follow-up
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Support basic case management and scheduling operations
- Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and records
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of office experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with computers and managing multiple systems
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required
- HHA Exchange knowledge is a plus
