Business Development Coordinator

Law firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Must have 2+ years of law firm experience in a marketing/BD or legal support role. Pay rate: $30-40/hr, depending on experience Business Development & Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare research and market analysis reports to support client meetings and pitches. Conduct competitive intelligence using tools like Westlaw and Bloomberg Law. Track and summarize key client and industry news for internal stakeholders. Develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and promotional materials for business development. Maintain CRM systems and update client and practice descriptions regularly. Assist with submissions to legal directories like Chambers USA and Legal 500. Coordinate with other departments to streamline business development processes. Support additional marketing and business development projects as assigned. Business Development & Marketing Coordinator Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business. 2-3 years of experience in law firm marketing or business development. Proficiency in research tools like Westlaw and Bloomberg Law. Strong analytical and communication skills, including proofreading and editing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
