Business Development Coordinator – Remote What You'll Do Answer incoming sales calls and make initial outreach Qualify prospects and gather property information Schedule discovery calls Research properties and prepare Comparative Market Analyses Draft customized proposals Manage CRM notes, tasks, follow-up, and pipeline stages Prepare the appropriate Property Manager or Director for each opportunity Coordinate follow-up until a decision is made Help publish and coordinate company social media content How the Sales Process Works You are not the primary closer. Our Property Managers and Directors lead the discovery and closing conversations . They are the operators on the ground, understand the local market, and will often know the property, neighborhood, rental conditions, and operational realities better than anyone else in the process. Your job is to make sure they walk into that conversation fully prepared. You gather the information, research the property, prepare the analysis and proposal, document what matters, schedule the conversation, and keep the opportunity moving. Who We're Looking For You Should Be Extremely organized and detail-oriented Fast and consistent with follow-up Highly conversational and comfortable asking questions Driven, competitive, and interested in winning Able to manage multiple opportunities at once Comfortable working remotely and independentlyInterested in sales, business, marketing, and growth Excellent spoken and written English is required. You must be able to hold a natural, unscripted conversation with U.S. property owners and be easily understood. If you regularly follow business, sales, or marketing content from people such as Alex Hormozi , that is the type of mindset we are looking for.
