Crisis Intervention Social Worker - Short-Term Care

Brightwell-Behavioral-Health

Brightwell-Behavioral-Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker to provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention. You will conduct psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission and develop a Master Treatment Plan with the care team. You will coordinate discharge planning, deliver individual/group/family therapies, maintain progress notes, and collaborate with physicians to support safe, effective care. A Master’s in Social Work and licensure are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brightwell-Behavioral-Health
