Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper We are currently seeking candidates for a Bookkeeper at a Law firm in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional services environment. This is a temporary role (est. 3-6 months); the hourly pay rate is between $40.00 and $44.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 5 days per week. Starts September 14th, 2026. Responsibilities Payroll processing (calculating wages and deductions) Accounts Payable and Receivable Bank reconciliation Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, and receipts) Prepare income statements and balance sheets Assist with tax preparation Maintain financial records Requirements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of relevant experience in a professional services environment Payroll processing High proficiency with Excel Ability to manage multiple items at once Strong system and reconciliation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
