The Role Keep our core platforms running at their best so our teams can focus on building great products without missing a beat. What You Will Do Own the day-to-day administration of Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and GoogleWorkspace across a fast-scaling global team Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, and licensing across all three platforms Resolve system requests and technical issues quickly, unblocking teams and keeping operations moving Optimise platform configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce friction Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices across all tools Act as the go-to expert, supporting teams with onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance What We Are Looking For Proven hands-on experience administering Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace in a professional environment Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls, and platform security A proactive problem-solver who can prioritise competing requests without losing momentum Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload with minimal oversight Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Experience supporting distributed, global teams is a strong plus Why You Will Love It This is a role where your work genuinely matters from day one.
