This isn't an account manager role, it's a growth ownership role.

At Max Distributing, we are looking for someone who doesn't just manage accounts , you will own performance, drive growth, and ensure execution happens.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Leadership to deliver real results for customers.
What You'll Do- Own day-to-day customer relationships after account launch
- Drive account growth through distribution expansion and performance improvements
- Identify issues early and solve problems before customers are impacted
- Act as a trusted advisor - not just an order taker
- Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and execution gaps
- Partner with Sales to maximize account opportunities
- Drive follow-through across internal teams
- Ensure customer commitments are executed - not just discussed
- Track initiatives, projects, and account performance
- Increased sales and account growth
- Strong customer retention and satisfaction
- Opportunities identified before they become problems
