Maintenance Technician

Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift

General Purpose Of Job:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and operations at Morgan Li.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Support Plant and Field operations
• Support maintenance for other projects as needed
• Assure proper set-up, calibration, operation, and preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities
• Conduct seasonal prep work including preparing equipment and scheduling materials
• Layout, assemble, and align equipment
• Identify and repair or replace worn out or damaged equipment

Language Skills:

Business English and Bilingual English – Spanish are desirable.

Education and/or Experience:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 10 years experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment
• Experience using a multi meter and troubleshooting electrical issues
• 5+ years experience doing preventative maintenance and understanding its importance

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must have good communicational skills
• 5S, lean manufacturing methodology
