Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or integrated manufacturing systems within a manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support business decision‑making 3+ years of experience leading projects, gathering requirements, coordinating testing activities, and managing stakeholder expectations Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can improve operational performance Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences Ability to work onsite in Warren County – Local candidates only Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP platforms within a manufacturing environment Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions Knowledge of supply chain, operations, production, or manufacturing processes Experience working with cross‑functional teams on enterprise system initiatives Familiarity with software implementation, testing, change management, and user training activities If you’re passionate about leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to solve business challenges and drive operational excellence, we’d love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
