EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

$90,000–$150,000+ | MONDAY–FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS

Lake Havasu City • Kingman • Parker, Arizona

WILL THERE ACTUALLY BE ENOUGH WORK?

We know this matters.

Our locations have established customer bases, strong repair demand and consistent vehicle flow. We invest in marketing, customer retention, technology and Service Advisor training because great technicians can’t earn great money without vehicles in their bays.

Our technicians consistently average 180–200 flagged hours per month. We’d rather show you the workload than simply tell you it’s there.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
• Experience with engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brake and HVAC repair
• ASE certifications or equivalent industry experience
• Your own professional tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose difficult problems and work efficiently
• Commitment to quality inspections and documentation
• Pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time

We’re looking for experienced professionals who know their craft and want the right shop behind them .

CONSIDERING A MOVE TO ARIZONA?

For qualified candidates, relocation assistance may include:

• Moving truck expenses

• 90-day retention bonus

Total relocation and retention assistance may be available up to $6,000, subject to qualifications and management approval.

Our locations in Lake Havasu City, Kingman and Parker put you close to the Colorado River, lakes, boating, fishing, off-road recreation, golf and year-round outdoor activities.

Trade the weekend rotation and long commute for Monday–Friday work and Arizona weekends.
