Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans focused on substance use and mental health needs.

• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques to guide clients through various clinical presentations.

• Engage in case management practices, ensuring clients are aware of and have access to community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and clinic policies.

• Schedule appointments and manage caseload effectively, ensuring clients receive consistent and timely care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse client population, including youth, adults, and families affected by substance use and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service or behavioral healthcare field.

• Valid LCSW licensure with at least two years of paid, full-time experience in chemical dependency or mental health treatment.
