Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic Unit – Colorado

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Littleton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratio typically 1:5 RN (maximum 1:6 when necessary). Charge nurse is patient-free.

• 44-bed orthopedic unit specializing in post-operative ortho and trauma care
• Experience with chest tubes, hemovac drains, wound vacs, JP drains, PCA pumps, and mobility assistance equipment
• Collaborative team environment with Patient Care Technician support
• EMR system: Meditech

• Opportunity to work with PICC line placements alongside infusion team

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital orthopedic experience required
• Ortho/Trauma background strongly preferred
• Medical/Surgical experience acceptable and welcomed
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative personality
