Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services.
• Assist diverse patient populations, including hospital, outpatient, and occasional home health or SNF cases.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Follow facility protocols, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Contribute to patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all treatments.

What You Need

• Minimum required: MN Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within first year of employment.
• At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, preferably Epic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
