Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite within a state-of-the-art facility designed to foster recovery and rehabilitation. Our center is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and modalities, allowing you to implement various treatment approaches effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility offered to accommodate the therapist's needs and promote work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations, gathering comprehensive medical history to diagnose orthopedic conditions accurately.
• Design individualized treatment plans that address patient-specific goals and challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to rehabilitation.
• Execute hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to rehabilitate various musculoskeletal injuries.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, ergonomic adjustments, and home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Monitor patient progress using objective measures, adjusting treatment plans proactively based on effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare providers, including physicians and surgeons, to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.
• Utilize cutting-edge rehabilitation technologies and modalities to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the effectiveness of interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• A valid California Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain this licensure is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
