Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain patients' needs, risks, and existing strengths in order to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's circumstances, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure cohesive and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, acting swiftly and compassionately during high-stress situations to help clients navigate challenges.

• Keep clients informed about their treatment options, mental health resources, and community services that may aid in their recovery.

• Adhere to strict ethical standards by maintaining accurate, confidential documentation as mandated by legal requirements.

Qualifications\n
