Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis within enterprise environments.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud for optimizing lead-to-cash and sales representative workflows.

• Experience with Salesforce platform administration and configuration to support business-critical initiatives.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud ecosystems including data extensions, customer journeys, and BI integration.

• Experience with basic SQL for reading and validating records across disparate data repositories.

• Experience in leading technical requirements gathering sessions and authoring functional documentation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to define functional requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.

• Architect detailed user stories and technical documentation for CRM and Marketing Cloud workstreams.

• Execute technical backlog grooming sessions in partnership with software engineering and business teams.

• Utilize SQL to perform data validation and ensure record integrity across integrated enterprise platforms.

• Design technical specifications for Marketing Cloud data extensions and automated customer journeys.

• Coordinate system integration requirements between Salesforce, Genesys, and proprietary .NET applications.

• Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles for new CRM features and ongoing production support tasks.
