It’s an ideal fit for someone who values precision, enjoys variety, and thrives in a growing, fast-moving environment.Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:Partner with managers across the organization to ensure all clock hours and approvals are complete and accurate.Process biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now, verifying hours worked, pay details, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.Audit and reconcile payroll, maintain related records, prepare accounting entries, update procedures, and generate special reports for leadership.Provide timely, helpful responses to inquiries from employees, management, and external partners.Process accounts payable transactions, verify vendor invoices, and maintain accurate AP records.Ensure financial documents meet standards for payment, auditing, and tax compliance.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes as the organization continues to grow.Maintain compliance with regulations under the guidance of leadership.Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Education and Desired Skills:3+ years of payroll, accounts payable, or general accounting experience.Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
