About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer to guide its financial and administrative operations during a period of strategic transformation. The role oversees investments, human resources, information technology, facilities, and other administrative functions, while developing a sustainable and flexible financial model. As a key partner to executive leadership and the board, the CFO will contribute to tuition strategy, pricing, and financial aid planning, and collaborate with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and external partners. The successful candidate will advance fiscal soundness and operational effectiveness while fostering transparent communication, equity, and a shared sense of community. The ideal candidate is an experienced executive leader with strong financial and administrative capabilities and the ability to balance strategic change with respect for the organization’s history and mission. They should demonstrate sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to build intentional relationships across a diverse community. A commitment to equitable practices and collaborative leadership is essential. Candidates should submit a letter of interest, a current résumé or curriculum vitae, and professional references.
