You'll be responsible for making sure every person on our job sites - employees and subcontractors alike - is trained, informed, and protected. That means staying ahead of federal and state regulations, running proactive training programs, and building a safety-first culture that our teams and clients can count on. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, reliable, and deeply committed to the wellbeing of everyone they work alongside.Qualifications We Require:4 or more years of safety management experience in a construction environment.OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications in good standing.Must be bilingual - English and Spanish fluency is required.Core Duties & Expectations:Lead by example through consistent, high-quality safety leadership across all project sites.Oversee the daily rollout and enforcement of all active safety programs.Facilitate onsite training for crews and subcontractors; plan and run safety workshops on an ongoing basis.This is a physical, field-based role - approximately 80% of time is spent on your feet in an active site environment.Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs. independently is required.The Package We're Offering:Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000, based on experience and credentialsBonus opportunities structured around realistic, performance-based benchmarksOptional medical, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance covered fully by the company401(k) with company supportGenerous PTO policy plus paid holidaysAn additional paid week off each year dedicated to volunteering - because we believe in giving backClear opportunities to advance as we continue our national growthWhy United Contractor Services?
