Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of students to understand their unique circumstances, including personal history and current concerns.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, incorporating methods that promote mental well-being and successful integration within the school community.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches to treat various mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, fostering personal growth, and helping students develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for students.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to continually improve therapeutic techniques and enhance overall service delivery.

• Provide on-call support for urgent mental health needs, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to students' crises.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
