Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions across a diverse array of specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service by building rapport with patients and their families, contributing to an overall effective treatment experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, utilizing shared insights and strategies.
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments in a variety of settings, including the clinic and occasionally the patient's home, to meet the requirements of personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercises, and strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Adhere to business objectives and utilization goals, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently while delivering high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad patient demographic, including children, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique challenges based on their specific physical therapy needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification and familiarity with emergency procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills relevant to patient interactions and record-keeping.
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and practice management software.
• A strong commitment to building relationships and providing empathetic care that exceeds patient expectations.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized therapy fields, such as sports medicine or pediatric therapy, will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
