Work Environment

This role is located onsite at our West Palm Beach facility, a vibrant and bustling area known for its tropical climate and community-oriented culture. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing stability in scheduling and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, incorporating thorough histories and specific assessments to identify individual treatment needs and establish a clear plan of care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and keep abreast of new developments in physical therapy methodologies.

• Monitor each patient's progress throughout their treatment, adjusting interventions as necessary and providing timely documentation that paints a clear picture of their recovery journey.

• Perform discharge planning and ensure that follow-up care is in place, contributing to a continuum of care that benefits patients after leaving the clinic.

• Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, ensuring all clinical and corporate training requirements are met.

• Foster open communication with colleagues, referring physicians, patients, and their families to facilitate a supportive healthcare experience.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to collaborate with peers and stay updated on best practices, enhancing the clinic's overall effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves orthopedic patients recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a broad demographic, including active adults and seniors, focusing on restoring mobility, strengthening muscles, and promoting rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patients' functional abilities, allowing them to return to their daily activities and pursue their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.

• Current state licensure as required and authorization to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Certification in CPR by the American Heart Association, specifically for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, with direct involvement in patient care and therapy program implementation.

• History of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared patient care goals.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
