Work Environment

As a part of our team, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive, customized treatment plans that address their unique needs and mobility goals.
• Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring that each individual receives focused attention and care throughout their treatment journey.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, employing a variety of treatment modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic practices aimed at improving motion and mobility while focusing on non-surgical relief alternatives.
• Design and adapt tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' personal health requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to provide personalized care that leads to enhanced recovery experiences.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation, helping them stay committed to their rehabilitation pathways.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida is essential, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong foundational knowledge and mastery of manual therapy techniques are necessary to provide effective care.
• Experience in developing and executing successful exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficiency in EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate patient documentation and facilitate seamless communication.
• Current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy supported by recent research is crucial for effective patient care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting will be considered a strong asset. Candidates who have hands-on experience in developing orthopedic treatment plans and those familiar with progressive rehabilitation techniques will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
