What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of stylists
Set the tone for an amazing guest experience for kids and parents
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily salon operations
Help drive revenue through excellent service, teamwork, and local marketing
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong, cohesive stylist team
Model high technical standards and provide coaching when needed

What You Bring

Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager's License (required)
5+ years behind the chair; leadership or management experience a strong plus
A warm, professional, positive personality
Ability to build, coach, and energize a team
Passion for delivering great haircuts and great experiences
