Call Center Service Consultant

TEKsystems is seeking Call Center Service Consultants to support a major financial services client in Hawaii. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service while resolving inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Assist with account inquiries and service-related requests
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
• Work collaboratively in a high-volume call center environment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, financial, or similar)
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Professional and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience
• Experience in financial services or insurance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
