Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
