This is an opportunity to advise major public and private companies, private equity sponsors and financial institutions on sophisticated domestic and international transactions. The role will include: Public and private M&A transactions Private equity investments and portfolio company work Joint ventures and strategic investments Corporate governance and general advisory matters Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility on complex deals The ideal candidate will have: At least three years of corporate M&A experience Experience gained within a leading international, national or highly regarded corporate law firm Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills The ability to take ownership of significant elements of a transaction The firm offers market leading compensation, sophisticated work, strong partner access and a genuine platform for long term progression.
