Duties
Help
Responsible for working closely with the state communications staff in planning and implementing natural resource conservation communications and marketing programs for NRCS.
Provides guidance and consultation to NRCS State Leadership and staff.
Advises State Conservationist on the development of Tribal and community relations efforts aimed at an increased understanding of the NRCS.
Develops performance standards and evaluates the performance of subordinate staff.
Applies NRCS conservation program knowledge by reviewing guidance and collaborating with partners weekly to support conservation efforts.
