Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Lead engaging virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Provide structured care and specialized support for clients with PTSD, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open communication.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with ICD-9 standards for billing and reporting.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including other therapists and social workers, to optimize client care through a comprehensive support system that addresses all facets of their well-being.

• Facilitate family counseling sessions aimed at strengthening relationships and improving communication among family members.

• Actively engage in case management activities to assist clients in obtaining additional resources and support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals and families grappling with a spectrum of mental health issues, particularly PTSD, anxiety, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in mental health therapy and case management is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
