Summary:
Support a remote sales team serving policyholders, agencies, and business clients. This full-time entry-level role keeps quotes, renewal opportunities, and account activity moving while building practical sales coordination experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate quote packets for prospective clients.
• Update opportunity stages and contact details promptly.
• Coordinate follow-ups with producers and carrier contacts.
• Track renewal dates, proposal requests, and next steps.
• Resolve routine account questions using approved resources.
Qualifications:
• Bring customer-facing experience from retail, service, or sales.
• Learn policy terms, premiums, and coverage options quickly.
• Use spreadsheets to maintain organized opportunity information.
• Write clear emails for clients and internal partners.
• Manage priorities across changing daily sales requests.
