Sales/Account Manager - contract

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative withexpertise in CNC machining to join our team. This role is commission-based andoffers the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time, making it anexcellent opportunity for a retiree or an industry veteran looking to leveragetheir expertise and industry connections. Responsibilities B2B Sales : Develop and maintain relationships with businesses that require CNC machining services. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions based on our CNC manufacturing and fabrication capabilities. Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry. Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Collaborate with the technical team to assess project feasibility and provide accurate quotes and timelines to clients. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals. Client Relationship Management : Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Utilize your knowledge of CNC machining and our capabilities to provide expert solutions to prospective customers. Sales Strategy : Work with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management team regarding market demands and customer expectations. Reporting : Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status and potential opportunities. Utilize CRM software to maintain current records Requirements Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with specific experience in the CNC machining industry. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, applications, and technical specifications. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-oriented mindset. Rate & Schedule As this is an independent contractor position, hours areflexible. You work full-time or part-time.
