Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide research-backed therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual sessions, couples therapy, family sessions, and group counseling.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting these techniques to suit the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and enhancing the efficacy of treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
