Metal Saw Operator

Industrial Machine OperatorHadco Metal Trading, a long-stable, widely recognized distributor of semi-finished metals and plastics, is looking to hire experienced Industrial Machine Operators for their metal cutting operations in their Claremore facility. The Metal Saw Operators will work a 1st shift with 8-10 hours per shift Sunday-Saturday.Hadco Metal Trading distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics. It allows us to serve as a one-stop shop for our customers' "just-in-time" needs and offer next-day delivery in most areas.As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, engineering grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.Role & Responsibilities:Operate manual and/or CNC saws and machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.What Hadco Offers You:Competitive pay and generous production bonus plan that regularly pays out an additional $2/hour for team operational performance!A long-stable and ever-growing company committed to training, developing, and promoting their employees.Generous PTO, multiple plans and supplemental options for medical/dental/vision insurance, 100% employer-sponsored life and disability insurance, 401k match after 90 days.Appreciation and respect for quality work and commitment to Hadco.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimalsAbility to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretchAbility to lift 50 lbs. repeatedlyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDetail oriented and able to multi-taskFamiliar with ERP or similar production operations, inventory, or warehouse management systemsMinimum 18 years of age
