About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic financial leader, responsible for the organization's financial health, operational efficiency, compliance, and long-term growth initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team to provide financial strategy, forecasting, risk management, and operational guidance that supports scalable and sustainable business performance. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in driving profitability, strengthening banking and lending relationships, and ensuring corporate financial integrity. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA and/or CPA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive financial leadership, with experience in a CFO, Controller, or senior finance role. A strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy is essential, as is experience working with executive leadership teams, financial institutions, and external CPA firms. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial operations optimization and support the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
