About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive-level financial leadership on a part-time or contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the President, Executive Leadership Team, and current CFO to evaluate and enhance the organization's financial operations. This includes strengthening internal controls, improving financial performance, and implementing scalable financial processes to support growth. The Fractional CFO will also serve as a trusted executive advisor, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring that best practices are in place to enhance the overall performance of the organization. Applicants for the Fractional CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of executive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior financial executive role. Experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, skilled nursing, or multi-site healthcare organizations is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives, developing financial dashboards, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree and CPA designation strongly preferred. The CFO will be evaluated on their ability to improve operating margins, increase cash flow, and reduce expenses, among other key performance indicators.
