Choovio is a growing IoT hardware and solutions company based in Laguna Hills, CA. We distribute sensors, gateways, connectivity products, and IoT solutions used by businesses to monitor and manage real-world operations.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Business Operations Coordinator to support daily order fulfillment, customer and vendor follow-up, purchasing, inventory tracking, shipping support, and internal operations.
This is not a basic warehouse job, and it is not only an office admin role. It is a hands-on, fast-moving operations role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, communicating clearly, and helping improve the way a growing company works.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate customer orders from purchase order through fulfillment and shipment
- Support picking, packing, labeling, shipping preparation, and tracking
- Track inventory, SKUs, stock levels, backorders, and order status updates
- Follow up with vendors and manufacturers regarding product availability, lead times, delayed items, and order updates
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and follow-up questions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/order portals, spreadsheets, shipping systems, and internal tools
- Help process purchase orders, invoices, documentation, and operational records
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, fulfillment, and management to make sure daily operations stay organized
- Learn and use internal systems, including CRM-based purchasing and order management tools
- Help identify process improvements so fewer tasks fall through the cracks
- Support special projects as Choovio continues building new systems, services, and technology workflows

- Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Comfortable with both desk/computer work and hands-on fulfillment support
Requirements
- Experience in operations, office administration, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing, customer service, order processing, vendor coordination, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, order portals, or business software
- Comfortable working full-time in person at our Laguna Hills office
- Able to occasionally help with shipping, organizing inventory, and moving boxes up to about 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Helpful Experience
