Legal Assistant

A law firm in the Greenville area is looking to hire a Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and help deliver outstanding client service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates professionally with clients, attorneys, and external partners. The position is temp to hire. Responsibilities Support attorneys with day to day case management and administrative tasks Prepare, edit, and organize legal documents, reports, and correspondence Maintain calendars, schedule hearings, and manage deadlines Assist with document production, case file organization, and data validation Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed Help prepare attorneys for hearings and other legal proceedings Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications 1–3 years of legal experience; defense litigation and real estate experience a plus Experience working with South Carolina Law Experience with case management and document management software Knowledge of Westlaw preferred $40,000 - $55,000 FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
