Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments on new and existing clients to evaluate their mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities personally tailored to meet client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate healing and foster resilience.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear therapeutic goals and measurable interventions to support their progress.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during acute situations.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
