Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each client receives tailored therapeutic solutions.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may have barriers to in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals and families struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
