POSITION PURPOSE:
Prepare and process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple facilities ensuring compliance with company policies, union contracts, and governmental regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records, generate, and distribute required reports; Responsible for some Accounts Payables
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Processing payroll for multiple locations on a weekly basis
- Provide administrative support to HR department. This includes projects, filing, benefits, open enrollment, employee orientation documents, etc.
- Administer reimbursement programs for wellness, work apparel, and flexible spending
- Maintain centralized employment records for all employees and assist in updating HRIS system as required
- Assist with accounts payables
- Responsible for weekly reports and notifications
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Assist with coordination of company-sponsored events and employee communications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· 3 - 5 years’ experience in clerical, human resources, or payroll position
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Capable of handling and maintaining confidential information and matters
· Experience using Microsoft Office
· Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain positive attitude
