Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to establish individualized treatment goals and collaboratively work towards achieving these objectives.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure effective therapeutic strategies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community agencies to provide holistic care and comprehensive support.

• Complete all documentation, including clinical notes and treatment records, in a timely manner to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

• Maintain an active caseload while keeping detailed session notes to track client progress.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

• Enhance the therapeutic environment through active involvement in team-building and organizational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must have a current, fully licensed credential as an LCPC , LMFT , or LCSW .

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess at least one year of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered therapy.
\n
• Have a familiarity with community mental health resources and support systems.
\n
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrate an ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness.

• Show strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
