Key Responsibilities - Process weekly and biweekly payroll cycles for all employees. - Audit timesheets and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefit changes. - Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports. - Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. - Support internal and external audits related to payroll. Core Competencies - 2-5 years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume or manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and wage/hour regulations. - Experience with major payroll systems (ADP, Paycor, or Paychex). - Strong Excel and analytical skills. - Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
