Key Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments. - Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors. - Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting. - Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support related to accounts payable. - Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. - Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
