Gestion Zagora is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate management company with over 5 years of experience. We currently own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger team to support our growth.

We are looking for a full-time Community Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s continued development.

Community Manager– Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative operations for the property portfolio
• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide professional customer service
• Coordinate lease renewals, assignments, move-ins, and move-outs
• Maintain accurate tenant files and update property management systems
• Manage email communications and track service requests through Building Stack
• Coordinate maintenance appointments with tenants and subcontractors
• Process invoices, track payments, and support monthly administrative reporting
• Prepare notices, lease-related documents, and general correspondence
• Collaborate closely with property managers to support smooth operations
• Assist in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lease agreements
• Support overall portfolio growth and tenant satisfaction
