Job Description Required Education Bachelor's Degree Required Qualifications 2+ years of high-volume full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (12 hires per month) Looking for someone who has worked in a dynamic environment Able to deliver an amazing experience for both candidate and client Strong attention to detail and great communication skills Looking for someone proactive Overview: Recruiting for branch ambassador positions (equivalent to a teller role), Market Manager/Brand Manager leadership roles East Coast through Texas Connecting w/ clients coming in, building relationships, and educating on products and services they have Responsibilities Focus on select markets, building relationships with clients Help clients strategically hire to fill markets Strategically navigate change Understand profile and execute client needs Think outside the box - challenge the status quo to bring in a higher level of talent. Looking to fill projected growth
