We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a defined sales region. This role is a hands-on management position responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals while also actively driving new business within the region. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who thrives in a player-coach role, comfortable hunting new opportunities, supporting their team in the field, and holding accountability for regional performance. We are ideally looking for someone with pool industry experience.

Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development 

\n

\n
• Actively prospect and develop new business within the region, maintaining a personal pipeline of target accounts.
\n
• Build and strengthen relationships with pool builders, landscape designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
\n
• Support complex or strategic sales opportunities alongside direct reports.
\n
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and prospects.
\n
• Partner with independent rep agencies to drive consistent execution, territory coverage, and account penetration.

Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
\n
• Manage regional sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and reporting through CRM tools.
\n
• Identify market trends, competitive activity, and regional opportunities to inform strategy.
\n
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support regional initiatives and programs.
\n

Representation & Brand Presence

\n

\n
• Represent PAL Lighting at industry events, trade shows, and regional meetings.
\n
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning across the region.
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry.
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\n
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
\n
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
\n
