Würth Baer Supply Company is currently seeking a results-driven Coating Specialist (Territory Manager – Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to serve and build on an established book of business covering all of Illinois and Wisconsin. Compensation Structure Base (target salary) + quarterly commission bonus program. You will have the opportunity review the compensation structure when you apply to this role in the applicant questionnaire. Automotive Allowance is $600/month (tax amount depending on vehicle depreciation over a 5-year span) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS." Active Clients Several Hundred. No internal competition. You will be taking over a large book of business to serve and build upon. Customer Type Millwork fabricators, store fixtures, furniture manufacturers, kitchen & bath showrooms/manufacturers. Product Summary Paint, stain, and other finish Solvents / coatings products from AkzoNobel/Chemcraft and Wurth Solvents Geographical Region Served State of Illinois and State of Wisconsin. While customers may be concentrated in certain areas, the professional stepping into this role must be comfortable traveling anywhere in IL/WI as needed. Overnights Per Month 3 to 5 days approximately.
