Location: Full time, Remote postion (covering Illinois and Indiana with at least 50% territory travel).

Compensation: $80k-$90k, plus variable compensation

YOUR Why

\n

As a Territory Manager, you will sell medical compression products to new and existing customers across the Illinois and Indiana territory (including physicians, therapists, and durable medical pharmacy owners). You will act as a trusted clinical partner, training and educating medical professionals on product benefits, expanding account lines, and driving sales growth across both new business development and account reactivation.

How YOU Will Spend YOUR Days

• Account management and new business development across the territory.
\n
• Building strong customer relationships through consultative selling and product education.
\n
• Training and educating physicians, therapists, RNs, MDs, and other medical professionals on the benefits of medical product lines.
\n
• Calling on durable medical pharmacy owners who stock product lines.
\n
• Achieving and exceeding sales goals.
\n
• Promptly updating CRM software with client interactions, updates, and key sales metrics.
\n
• Traveling to client sites across the territory (at least 50% travel, primarily driving with occasional overnight trips).

What YOU Bring

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree.
\n
• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
\n
• Strong track record in consultative sales, account management, and client retention.
\n
• Self-starter with high EQ, strong character, and the ability to work autonomously.
\n
• Proven ability to educate clients on technical product lines and influence purchasing habits.
\n
• Experience or working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, or related clinical areas is highly encouraged.
\n
• Background in small business sales or competitive athletics is a plus.
