Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing personalized and effective treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Create tailored intervention strategies that address specific challenges and therapeutic goals for each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to maximize client engagement and support throughout their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated mental health care.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds with differing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices for different disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients effectively during sessions.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration among treatment team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in telehealth service delivery, with familiarity in using online therapy platforms and digital communication tools.

• Specialized training in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Experience working with varying populations including children, adolescents, and adults across multiple cultural backgrounds.
